Welcome To Darwin Bowls Club
Darwin Bowls and Social Club (Inc) is the Territory’s oldest bowls club. It is situated close to the city in beautiful Fannie Bay at 8 Conacher Street, just down the road from the Museum and Art Gallery, and welcomes members, visitors and guests. The club is also available for hire for private functions. The bar is open daily from 10.00am, and the prices are amongst the cheapest in town.

Congratulations Arlene Foley!

Longtime member Arlene Foley has added another feather to her cap.
Competing in the Australian Indoor Championships at Tweed Heads recently, Arlene upset the competition by defeating the world ranked No 6, Karen Murphy, in the lead up to the quarter finals, in a tie breaking match 6-5, 4-7, 4-0.
Well done!
50TH ANNIVERSARY

Carnivals at Darwin Bowls Club

This year the Combined Ladies Top End Carnival and the Annual Darwin Classic Men’s Carnival were held in July 2010. Both events were very successful and enjoyed by all participants, both local and interstate. Information about the 2011 Carnivals will be provided as soon as it comes to hand.
